Beef Processing

We are a USDA state-inspected processing facility. We can process your beef for your personal consumption or for you to resale.

Scheduling

We do require an appointment for beef processing.  Call or text us at 803-286-4652 and we will get you scheduled or see below for more information on booking online.  If you have to reschedule for any reason, we must be notified the day before your appointment time.

Beef Processing

If you would like to schedule online for custom or state-inspected processing, please click below to create an account & book.  When creating your account, be sure to select you are a "provider". We do require a $100 deposit for booking.  The cut sheet can be brought with you when you drop off, or you can fill one out at drop-off.  If you would prefer to schedule with a staff member, give us a call at 803-286-4652.
